At Atwel James we are jointly responsible for looking after your home. We rely on you to inform us of any repairs as soon as possible so that work can be arranged.

We will make sure all properties are kept in good repair, including the structure and outside of your property.

A LEGAL REQUIREMENT

 

It is a condition of your Tenancy Agreement that you report all maintenance problems as soon as possible. If you fail to do so and as a result, the problem gets worst or causes damage to the property you could be liable for any cost to rectify the repair problem.

As a tenant, you are obliged to carry out small household maintenance tasks:

Changing & Replacing Light Bulbs, Fuses, Cooker Hood & Washing Machine Filters. Tightening Loose Screws, Oiling Hinges & Locks, Dealing with Ants & Wasps Nest and Vermin.

Please ensure you provide full details of the repair issue/problem with photographs to enable us to deal with your request to the correct Department & Contractor. The requested information must always be provided by EMAIL:
